Carrier Sales

We are looking for a committed, enthusiastic, results-driven individual to grow new sales. This position will be responsible for obtaining new accounts and maintaining current accounts for our wholesale international VoIP product line.  Day-to-day responsibilities include: initiating cold calls to potential clients, introducing and marketing our products with the primary goal of establishing relationships to grow business.  We are looking for an individual who desires a challenging opportunity with unlimited potential.  Focus and talent combine to make success.  This is an active sales role with some periodic travel required.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS:

  • Previous experience interacting with customers in a fast-paced environment with strong commitment to customer service.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Extensive phone sales experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with special attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Highly motivated individual with the ability to work on multiple tasks.
  • Good computer experience with Excel and Word.
  • Technical understanding of computer networks helpful.
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish or other language (not required, but helpful) 


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Cold calling for new customers, open new markets, makes outside visits and presentations.
  • 20-30 calls per day with current and potential customers.
  • Monitor and report daily VoIP traffic activity to Sales group.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with large accounts.
  • Manage VoIP product line, pricing, and margins according to sales goals.
  • Plan and prioritize personal sales activities towards achieving goals.
  • Use customer/prospect tools and systems to track daily activity.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
  • Attend quarterly tradeshows across the country.
